The impact of the Summer Academy for Leadership and Personality extends far beyond one single week in the year: networks, contacts, friendships and ideas remain in place or become further intensified. In the third week of January, a first follow-up meeting of Summer Academy participants took place at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The participants accepted the invitation of two educators to a private dinner and took part in panel discussions (with, among others, Tony Blair, Kofi Annan and Vitali Klitschko). Some of the participants are currently also working more concretely on joint ideas to start up businesses. There was also enough time for fun and sports in the Swiss winter landscape – and mountains could be climbed together. A further meeting is already being planned; meanwhile, at the Summer Academy in Berlin in September 2015 an alumni evening involving participants from the 2013 and 2014 Academies took place.
